Contractor Supplies Direct provides wholesale construction supplies to licensed contractors and construction professionals in the Delaware Valley region. Our services include an online contractor network for receiving inventory updates, a product catalog, and a pay-and-carry pickup service at our Marlton, NJ location. All sales are conducted in-person at our facility unless otherwise specified.
3. Contractor Network Registration
By registering for our contractor network, you represent that you are a licensed contractor, construction professional, or authorized representative of a construction business. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Pricing and Availability
All prices listed on our Site are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed and varies based on current inventory. Prices shown are wholesale contractor prices and are not available to the general public. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse service to anyone. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions.
5. Purchase and Payment
All purchases are pay-and-carry. Payment is due at the time of pickup. We accept cash and major credit cards. All sales are final unless the product is defective or not as described. We do not offer refunds on opened or used materials. Claims for defective products must be made within 7 days of purchase.
6. Communications and Marketing
By registering for our contractor network, you consent to receive email communications from us, including weekly inventory updates, new shipment notifications, and promotional offers. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us directly. Transactional emails related to your account cannot be opted out of.
